The Rivian community gathered to get outside and celebrate Earth Day. There were Rivian events across the country this past weekend, independently organized and independently awesome.
In South Carolina, our friends at Rivian Stories held their first-ever family camping trip, and members traveled from 9 different states in 19 Rivians to be there. In California, Rivian employees joined a community campout in the Santa Monica Mountains to build and restore trails. In Oregon, the Emerald City Rivian Club held a beach cleanup with Washington Coast Savers. In Normal, Illinois, Rivian employees held a 5K event at Heartland Community College raising thousands of dollars for local ecology-focused nonprofits.
These are just a few of the local meetups organized by our owners and team for Earth Day this month. It's great to see our shared vision coming together to make the world a better place.
