“This is a fantastic event that gets better every year,” said Marina Hoffmann, Rivian’s Chief Communications Officer. “Our employee communications and experience team spent countless hours preparing and organizing the event, and each year builds on the successes of prior years. I truly appreciate how we also have volunteers from across the company who help us with the event. It’s incredible to see Normal employees coming together to celebrate our milestones and accomplishments with their families.”
With all there was to do and see, major highlights included Rivian R1T, R1S and EDV vehicle exploration as well as R3 and R3X viewing. Self-guided plant catwalk tours gave attendees a look onto the manufacturing floor. Live music and magician performances were enjoyed by all ages. And a local flower truck added a beautiful touch, offering complimentary bouquets. As always, a crowd favorite was the dunk tank, where attendees could dunk senior leadership.
It was a memorable day bringing together families, friends, colleagues and community in celebration of all things Rivian and Normal Pride.
