“Many of those miles have been off the highway and very rugged and sometimes crazy terrains,” Mylo said. “Having a growing list of memories in a very quiet truck has just been an incredible experience. Keeping nature in mind as a Navajo person, that absolutely resonated with me.”
Mylo is one of the Rivian owners featured in “Adventure is in Us,” a centerpiece of our new Meatpacking District concept experience that lets visitors interact with the stories of real Rivian owners. The stories showcase the spirit of adventure that unites Rivian owners, exploring the broad spectrum of ways people define adventure from running a popular restaurant, to stargazing, to camping in sub-zero temperatures.
One of Mylo’s most frequent drives in his R1T is to the Navajo Nation where he is where he is working to install solar kits and help bring electricity to the community.
“My great grandmother sat me down when I was a little kid and said, we are each other's medicine. If we take time to think about how we help others, how we can be a healer, a supporter, a provider for someone else,” Mylo said. “What brings me the most joy in life is seeing other people succeed.”
