All Rivian owners have more options than ever for improving their vehicle’s range and ride quality, thanks to recent software updates and new wheel and tire sets available in Gear Shop.

When the road or weather gets rough, the right wheels and tires can make a real difference, especially if you like to venture both on and off the beaten path. Now, you can easily monitor your tires and swap them out as needed to stay ready for any adventure.

To make this even simpler for owners, we’ve added the ability to save up to six wheel and tire configurations in the Settings menu in your vehicle, so you can always get the most accurate range estimate for your vehicle configuration and wheel and tire combinations.

You can also track and monitor each tire’s mileage and get rotation reminders to help you get the most out of your tires. Just go to Settings > Vehicle > Service > Wheels and tires on the center display to set up a rotation schedule and you’ll get notified in your vehicle or in the Rivian app.

Plus, your vehicle will now notify you as you drive when punctures or slow leaks are detected, helping to improve safety and stay ahead of any flat tires.

With our new self-service wheel swap feature, you can now change out your wheels whenever you want and recalibrate on your own—no service appointment needed.

In addition to these software updates, we also have six wheel and tire sets available in Gear Shop—giving all owners the option to purchase additional wheel and tires to have on hand for whatever the road ahead requires.
