Last weekend thousands of Rivian families and friends gathered for the fifth annual Holidazzler at the Plant in Normal. This event celebrates and appreciates the work done by all the teams throughout the year.
This event featured over 20 complimentary activities and this year included the McLean County Humane Society who brought some furry friends to play with in hopes of being adopted as well as a Merry Market featuring local vendors selling a variety of goods and treats.
“The Rivian Holidazzler is extraordinary. You have to experience it to truly understand Holidazzler scale, energy, and celebration. It is the perfect culmination of Rivian Pride, Holiday festivities and a Community of Teamwork as employees and their families converge upon the plant.”
— Scott Griffin, Chief People Officer
The Holidazzler is put on by the Rivian Employee Communications & Experience team with support from Facilities, Culinary and Security along with over 200 volunteers.
“My family and I had a wonderful time! My daughter is 2 years old and was talking about meeting the Reindeer and Santa since sign up. Thank you for an amazing experience!”
— Jonathan Wycoff, Warranty Parts Technician
