When you take delivery of any Rivian vehicle, whether it’s an R1T, R1S, or the next family of vehicles including R2 and R3, we’ll match up to 10,000 miles of driving with 100% renewable energy.

That means every time you charge, you’re helping support high impact renewable energy projects in the United States like Champion Wind Farm in Texas.

This project is bringing new life to a 16-year-old wind farm by upgrading it with new, state-of-the-art components. As for the old wind turbine parts? They’re being repurposed and used in construction materials like concrete and asphalt. This supports a more circular economy that reduces waste and extends the life of existing infrastructure while increasing energy efficiency. Starting in 2025, the project will help enable a cleaner grid for everyone.

Rivian has built its renewable energy program with drivers in mind, ensuring our entire community is actively building the carbon-free grid of tomorrow with every drive. Through the matching program, new Rivian owners have powered over 80 million miles of driving with 100% renewable energy — that's the equivalent of saving over 180,000 gallons of gas.
