Rivian joins HRC Corporate Equality Index

Today, Rivian debuted on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index with a score of 100. This index is a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits specifically for LGBTQ+ employees.

At Rivian we work hard to ensure a work environment that is inclusive and inviting for everyone, and this score reflects this commitment and our values as a company.
