Rivian has fully launched the Mobile App Live Chat feature, which allows anyone to talk directly with a Rivian Support Advisor at any time, day or night. Real humans are ready to help with direct support, including general questions, service needs, roadside assistance and other vehicle inquiries.
Rivian engineers, designers, customer specialists and service support advisors came together to understand how we could get those in need of support connected to the right help as fast as possible. This meant reimagining the standard chat experience and ensuring that it was easy to access, contextually relevant and most importantly rooted in human to human interaction.
