This year, we continued to pave the road for Rivian’s future, as we broke ground on our plant in Georgia and completed a massive expansion of our operations in Normal, Illinois for the upcoming launch of R2. While we laid the groundwork for R2, we continued to elevate our flagship R1T and R1S—introducing the Gen 2 Quad-Motor and specialty trims such as the California Dune Edition and the new limited Borealis color.Â
Adding in blockbuster software updates, we covered more ground this year than ever before, announcing hardware and software advancements that will give owners a lot to look forward to. Throughout 2025 we introduced our Rivian Mobile App 3.0, a refreshed energy app and, as always, we kept it Spooky. The year ended with big updates on Universal Hands-Free assisted driving, our next-generation Autonomy Platform and performance unlocks for Quad owners.Â
Through every demo drive, software update, and new trail explored, we’ve been inspired by the ways you’ve made Rivian a part of your lives. Your stories remain the fuel for our innovation and a reminder that every peak we climb is better when shared.
